Booking a Test
We use private meeting rooms across the United Kingdom; once you call and make a booking we will arrange a meeting room that is as convenient to you as possible. At the time of booking your examination it can be discussed which locations are available. All the facilities that we use are completely confidential, private and quiet to ensure that there are no distractions for the examinee.
A Polygraph examination will normally take between two to three hours and consists of three stages:
The 'Pre-test interview', the 'in-test phase' and the 'post-test interview'.
During the Pre-test the examiner will explain the process of the test, how the Polygraph instrument works as well as discus an examinees medical, physiological and psychological background. During the pre-test the reason for the examination will also be discussed in detail.During the In-test phase the examiner will review with the examinee, all the questions that will be asked during the actual testing. An examiner will never ask surprise questions during the test. Next an acquaintance test will be conducted, this is a short test to ensure the instrument is adjusted to the examinees physiology and help the examinee understand the process. Finally the actual testing will be conducted and the reviewed questions will be asked.
During the Post-test interview the examiner will have reviewed the data collected during the in-test phase and will discuss the test results and give an examinee the score of Truthful, Deceptive or Inconclusive
