An employee claiming that after suffering a fall at work they were unable to work or drive due to ongoing back pain issues. This had resulted in long term paid sick leave and a pending liability claim. After the employers received a tip off that the employees claim may not be valid, they instructed us to conduct an investigation and surveillance was carried out, as a result substantial evidence was gathered not only of the employee frequently driving and participating in physical sports but also working for themselves through the week in their own window cleaning business.
